Pics from Today - Heartbeat country

This is our hack today in Goathland or to all you Heartbeat fans Aidensfield. It is a village about 10 miles from Whitby, North Yorks. Hope these pics work as i am new to this.

This is outside Bernie Scipts Garage
[
The Pickering to Whitby Line

On route we go fairly near RAF Fylingdales

We pass Grengrass's House

and the Aidensfield stores
Me and my Shadow

Passed the Aidenfield Arms

To the Station
Thank goodness the trailer is in sight

Quick snack before i go home

oops my belly is hanging out.
Ready for home.

Really proud of myself after years of trying and pulling my hair out this afternoon, with help from mulletsmum i have finally posted some pics. This is Goathland in North Yorkshire made famous by the filming of Heartbeat. it is a lovely place to ride. it was lovely and sunny today but very cold. Hope you like our pics.
Ps the one of RAF Fylingdales will not copy ( maybe something to do with security)

Really loved that, thanks so much. I enjoy the heartbeat series and so interesting to see you ride through the village, the station is so pretty. Your boy is gorgeous and looks so good.

What a wonderful place to ride. It's such a long time since I have been to that part of Yorkshire, we used to go to Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay and Flamborough when I was a child. I love the beautiful blue sky. Lovely photos!!!!

I have stayed at Pickering in the past with my border terrier Laddie and we walked miles - went up on the little train and walked all the way back down the valley. Had a wonderful holiday there and remember Heartbeat Country well! So glad you had a good hack. I really love the North York moors - huge skies.
